What the site currently uses
The Royal Flush website has been deliberately kept light on tracking.
At the time of this notice:
- Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you accept analytics;
- we have not installed Google Tag Manager;
- we have not installed the Meta Pixel;
- we have not installed Hotjar or comparable behavioural analytics;
- our Instagram and LinkedIn icons are ordinary external links, not tracking widgets;
- Formspree is contacted when you submit an enquiry, not simply because you load a page;
- the Contact page provides external Google Maps links, not embedded maps;
- your browser may cache website files to help pages load efficiently.
Website delivery and browser storage
Your browser may cache website files, such as images, fonts and styles, to help pages load efficiently. These files are used to display the website. How long cached files remain depends on your browser and its settings.
Our hosting infrastructure processes technical request information needed to deliver the website. This happens on the server and is separate from storing information in your browser. See our Privacy Notice for more information.
Optional Google Analytics and your choice
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not affect the website or enquiry form. You can review or withdraw your choice using Analytics settings in the footer. Rejecting or withdrawing stops our analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this website.
We use page visits, successful form enquiries and phone or email link clicks to understand how the website is used. A link click is not counted as a successful enquiry. Form contents and personal contact details are not sent to Analytics. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled.

When your choice expires, we ask again. The preference record may remain in local storage until replaced or cleared, but an expired record does not permit analytics. Google handles Analytics information under its Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Notice.
Google Maps
The Contact page provides written addresses and external Google Maps links. We do not embed Google Maps, so viewing the Contact page does not load Google Maps.
If you follow a Google Maps link, Google may process technical information and use cookies or other storage technologies under its own Privacy Policy.
Formspree
The website uses Formspree to process enquiry forms.
Formspree is not contacted merely because you open a Royal Flush page. A request is made to Formspree when you choose to submit an enquiry.
The form data you enter is processed so the enquiry can be delivered to Royal Flush.

External links
The site contains ordinary links to services such as Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Maps.
Those services do not load an embedded social widget on Royal Flush pages simply because the links are present.
If you choose to follow an external link, the destination service may use its own cookies or storage technologies under its own policies.
Your choices
You can use the website and send an enquiry without following external links. Your browser settings let you manage cached website files, cookies and other stored information.

We will update this notice when the website's hosting, embedded services, analytics or other technologies change.
